American Concrete Institute

Welcome!   The Arizona Chapter of the American Concrete Institute is a

statewide organization that supports the Arizona concrete industry and works to promote the

overall interests of the American Concrete Institute, an international organization based in

February 21, 2023 we will hold an Open Forum for contractors, engineers, owners, ready mix suppliers, testing labs, department of transportation, and all who have experienced problems, or issues with Concrete Sampling in the Field.  This will be a chance to help us bring more awareness to all who are affected by this and ways we can help reduce the costs and headaches associated with bad practices.  

Majestic Theater - Tempe, AZ 11:30 - 1:30 p.m.  Registration will open soon.

The Arizona Chapter is looking for more Supplemental Examiners to help with the Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade 1 Certification program.  You must currently have this certification and be willing to help 3 or 4 times a year on Saturday mornings.  Schedules are set in advance, and you must take a brief educational course through ACI National (no charge) to qualify for the position.   You will be paid a fee for your participation.  Please send an email to: if interested.

Please keep the Arizona Chapter ACI in mind if you are in the process of obtaining new testing equipment and can donate your old equipment for us to use with the Concrete Field Testing program.   For more information or to donate please contact Beth at
