  Includes the program manual, Online review and exam session. Program Manual and code for the online review will be given upon paid registration.
• ADOT written Retest for Concrete Field Testing Tech – $200.00
  For ADOT registrations. Must be completed within one year of the original fail date.
• Concrete Construction Special Inspector Plan Reading Only Retest – $295.00
  For those who have taken and did not pass this exam the first time. You have one year from the original exam date to pass before you take the entire certification exam again.
• Flatwork Technician Retest – $200.00
  Written retest for Flatwork Technician. This is for those who have taken the exam within the last year and failed.
• Flatwork Technician Retest – $235.00
  Written retest for those who have taken and did not pass the exam. You have one year from the first fail date to pass.
• Written and plan reading exam for Concrete Construction Special Inspector – $495.00
  Full exam for CCSI. 4 hours members. This is only for those who have taken the exam and did not pass.
