Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you wish you could have talked about the problem before it ever became an issue? Have you ever been frustrated that you’re battling tolerance issues or arguing about finishes after the concrete has already been placed? Have you ever shown up to do concrete testing but there’s no water, no access, and no safe place to store your samples? Well, this is the meeting for you! Come learn about the One Meeting to Rule Them All – the Pre-Construction Meeting! We will review why this is such a critical meeting for all parties on a construction project and how to structure this meeting. We’ll go over who should be there, what should be discussed, and a form by ASCC that can help guide us through the planning process. This applies to general contractors, concrete contractors, concrete producers, testing agencies, pumping contractors, owners, and anyone else that touches this industry.
