Devon Fillingame, CDT, is a Concrete Solutions Engineer at Master Builders Solutions, bringing over 11 years of experience in concrete technologies, with a focus on fiber-reinforced concrete. He works closely with engineers, architects, ready-mix customers, and contractors to develop MasterFiber reinforcement solutions for a wide range of concrete applications.
Devon is dedicated to advancing the industry’s understanding and adoption of fiber-reinforced concrete and other concrete technologies through technical presentations, webinars, and training. As part of the Engineering Technical Services Group, he supports project-specific solutions and specification development, helping the design and construction community apply these technologies efficiently.
